La Manchela its a dairy goat farm with 400 goats that actually its producing 330 daily liters and its 100% organic with no certification , one percentage of the milk production its used to make artisanal-homemade fresh and maturated cheese it has a maturating cave that can manage up to 1 ton of cheese, also other dairy products as yoghurts, cajeta (burned milk) its produced in the farm, all the pasture that its provided to the goats its produced in the farm , the manure its also delivered in the fields to land preservation.

The accommodation its good up to 2 people, private bedroom and bathroom, no kids , pets its ok , food would be homemade and can be arranged with the cooker , can set up to vegan- vegetarian diets.

The town is a quiet place few population its 90 minutes bus  from Puebla city and 4 hours bus from Mexico City , the weather its semi-cold could oscillate between 5C - 28C in summer and between -10C - 18C in the winter , the altitude of the town its 2380 meters above sea level.
