What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
My only professional experience with Organic Agriculture has been through two jobs, one at a small organic greenhouse and farm run by one woman and myself, the other being a commericially run buisness with 8 greenhouses, three of which were organic. Beyond these experiences, I have been very intersted in sustainable development and organic ag for the past five years, during which time I've read and volunteered where and when i can.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I'm eager to learn more about both permaculture and biodynamic farming principles as well as alternative building methods. I am a mellow but hard working person, who enjoys reading, yoga, swimming, fishing, conversation and cooking. Cooking, as I reminded now is something I want to pursue in mexico, learning about mexican recipes, as well as sharing and learning from people during collaborative cooking sessions.
