What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?: I am excited to add to my very limited knowledge of organic agriculture. In the broader conservation movement, I have worked for a combined seven months on a campaign to protect sensitive public lands in Colorado as wilderness. On this campaign, we were working for a broad goal of ecological sustainablilty. I want to learn how wwoof farms have innovated to reach this same goal of ecological sustainablility in agriculture and community living. I hope to get dirty hands and sore muscles in the process!

What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?: Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I grew up in western Colorado and was in the mountains any chance I got. I enjoy physical labor... I don't quite feel like I have worked unless my body is tired. My favorite question is "why?" (though I have learned discretion about when is a good time to ask that question). If you have good books you want to trade, you will be my friend! Right now my favortie author and poet is D. H. Lawrence. Also, if you want to climb a mountain (any mountain) you will be my friend too.
