What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Living in Portland, OR I am exposed to a lot of organic produce and cooking, helping me greatly appreciate the quality of food and the care and consciousness that goes into organic farms. A number of my friends grow foods organically in small city gardens and some have family organic farms. With these friends I have helped out with small projects.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am really passionate about coffee and goats/goat cheese, but greatly appreciate the social and ecological benefits of organic farming as a wider practice. As a barista and manager of a coffee shop I believe in the farm-to-cup philosophy which emphasizes the importance of organic and fair trade principles in producing an excellent cup of coffee. I would love to learn more about coffee farming and get hands on experience to better understand the production of coffee. I have also recently been experimenting with cheese-making and want to learn more about making cheese and raising goats for goat's milk/cheese.
