What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?: I am 33 years and I have been wwoofing on a farm in south Germany (vegetables, flowers, sheep + goat milk, cheese) and on two different farms in Mallorca, Spain, growing vegetables for a weekly market and veggie boxes, cows for meat and compost :) and working on an olive farm. The past summer I have been working on an ecological farm nearby my village in Germany two days a week (vegetables) and I have a little garden lot on my own (300m²). I have been studying forestry at the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde, so I am generally into the topic of Sustainability...

What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?: Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better, Other

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I like seeing different cultures and in the moment, I am very keen to learn Spanish. Puedo hablar un poco pero entiendo mas, y quiero apprenderlo mas! I love beeing in nature and I like remote places. I like working hard and living well, which for me includes eating good food! I am mostly vegetarian but like to eat meat from time to time. I have some experience in carpentry, with the most machines and some techniques (mostly in furniture). I like building on houses and working with wood a lot.

I plan to be wwoofing in Mexico from 1.2.14 until 15.3.14 and then will meet my brother who currently lives and works in Puebla. I would like to work in two different places, 3 weeks each, so from 1.2. - 22.2. and another stay from 22.2. - 15.3.

i have a friend that has been part of wwoof but he did not apply again yet..but he lives in puerto morelos and needs help on his big permaculture farm..he is a scuptor.there is a dorm ,a kitchen shower and composting toilet

basic food given and everythings that grows here : leafy greens, types of potatos, herbs, bananas and papayas and coconuts..
