Horizons, interdependance.

I have been practicing yoga and meditation. Cleaning mental impurities that got accumulated through years of conditioning. The process ripples have had collective effects.

It's been a hard task to maintain the continuity of the practice in a city that often gets the best of me. I am now seeking refuge in an environment that will be conducive at giving birth to evolution and unborn seeds.

I recently joined a community in Montreal ( inspired by la Universidad de la Tierra in Oaxaca or Hopkins Transition Towns) which opened my eyes to living not only on but also with the earth. These guys have been a great source of inspiration about sustainability, taking action and the importance of networking.

I'm fluent in English and French, beginner in Mandarin and studied Spanish for one year. I got experience with composting, biodigestors and worked on a few farms in Australia. I've been a passionate practitioner of voluntary simplicity since the last 10 years and have developped strong values through it. Kitchens and I get along well together and nice creations came up out of our collaboration.

My inpirations are Christopher McCandless, Aldous Huxley, Kerouac, Scott and Helen Nearing, Siddartha Gotama, and many others. I strongly believe in interdependance at every scale and have high interests in everything that touches nature, building trust, sharing and giving.

Good vibes

Mexico ahead

Hi Leon,

I'm planning to do a wwoofing/yoga/meditation trip in Mexico and Guatemala. this would start in late november. I'll sit the Veracruz Vipassana course the 27th of December and will probably land in Cancun. I would love to participate in you project. I do yoga and meditate every day and have been living in a self sustainable coop for the last 2 months where I've acquired a couple of farming/building skills.

Hope to see you soon,

Good…

greetings max,

in searching for a farm that i want to spend my time working on i found that we were connected with many of the same farms and i am also signed up to serve at the valle de bravo vipassana center.   i was curious which farms you have been a part of and enjoyed and how you liked the center in valle de bravo.  i hope that your travels have gone well and hopefully are still going, and i look forward to hearing from you.  blessings and peace.
