Hi Tara, Sorry i did not answer you faster. i love my work, but there is so much of it! If you are still in town, come to La Casa del Pan on Real de Guadalupe 55 and i´ll show you the rooftop garden, at least, and take you out to the big seed-saving garden if that´s possible for you. kippy
