I have a similar passion as you: to grow and cook simple, beautiful and healthy food. I have been preparing meals for our workers everyday using the herbs, vegetables and wild plants on our farm. This is not our vegetable season but I use the same principles if buying from our local market. We have many varieties of fruit trees too. Wally's passion is exotic, tropical fruit cultivation.
You can come as soon as you like.
