there is no public transportation to Tecate, the taxi will be around 150.00dlls from San Diego to Tecate, the other way will be from San Diego to Tijuana , nice public trasportation, its like 10.dlls to the border then you will have to take the bus from tijuana to Ensenada (nice hwy, ease to find the bus station ,it is right at the border crossing)the trip cost around 15.dlls we can pick u up from Ensenada, no problem,just we have to agree on dates and timing.on Mondays or Tuesdays is posible for us to do that.we wil give you our cel # when the time comes, let us know your plan..
