Description: 7 ocean-side acres. 4 acres are developed as orchards, vegetable gardens, tropical landscaping, small hotel, wwoofer's compound, other residences and out buildings, ruins, year round stream, undeveloped "jungle." The orchard: coconut palms, grapefruits, pomelos, citrus trees, bananas, caimitos, leeches, starfruits, mangoes, jackfruits, breadfruits, avocados, cacao, Surinam cherries, rose apples, papayas, pineapples, pistachios, macadamia nuts, moringa, Chaya, etc.

Jobs 1) To complete the interiors of the three Wwoofer's loft apartments, their bathrooms, laundry area, dining gazebo, cook's quarters and kitchen.

2) prune, fertilize and water the orchard trees plus amend the soil, maintain the compost area, plant, water, harvest and weed vegetable gardens. 3) build a lotus/tilapia pond.

4) build a water collection/irrigation system for the fresh water spring.

apartments and garden rooms. each apartment has it's own kitchen and bath.

Meals; something fresh from the garden in every meal. Largely egetarian, organic whenever possible. No drugs allowed or excessive alcohol consumption. Respectful of paying guests quiet must be maintained after 9pm.

Hope this message reaches you in a good place on the farm. I am spending 4.5 months in Mexico this year visiting family first in Jalisco and then looking for a community to join in Jan/Feb on a farm for at least 3 weeks. I work well outdoors in dirt, with animals and people. I have had a compost at one time and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would love to know if you need any volunteers at the top of 2018. Looking forward to hearing about your farm and it's needs. Also my Spanish is very basic but I am hoping the 2 months with family first will spruce it up.
