We are a young couple, my wife Yazmin and I Fabrice live in a property that we are working to make it a sustainable and productive place under the organic and permaculture principles.
The land is 2.2 hectares, which are divided into protected forest area, crop area, main house, wineries, hen house, workshop, guest house, pond, dry toilet and under construction future areas of coexistence.
Operating the hen house, which has about 150 hens, require feeding, cleaning and maintenance.The bio-intensive vegetable crop area and others such as corn, oats, wheat, etc, where skill and work experience in the field is required. Currently working on enabling more crop areas, construction of architectural elements using various green technologies, development of organic fertilizers all with designs, techniques and permaculture practices.Accommodations: guest house that will be shared with a local person in a separate room with shared bathroom with warm water. Living area with fireplace and kitchen will be kept clean and tidy. 3 meals offered, lacto- vegan, majority and ingredients are delivered, depending on the production the farm or from local markets; preparation is on your own.
We are looking for male, active, that can support the field work and to share their knowledge and experience as well as learn from us many experiences.

Workday: 8 hours /day, 5 1/2 days/week,.
The minimum time: 2 weeks, 1 to 2 months maximum depending on availability.
The farm is on the outskirts of Mexico City about 2-3 hrs from the center, public transport outside the property, leading city's subway, ideal for exploring various places in your days off. We are at an altitude of 2440 meters. Where begins the mountainous area, the climate is sub-humid. Rainfall between May and October. Min temp of 5 ° in winter. In general very good temperature.
