What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
While I am new to Organic Farming, I recently graduated from college in Burlington, VT where sustainable, organic food practices are commonplace. I lived in Oaxaca, Mexico where I traveled to various farms and studied food systems, and worked on several projects throughout college relating to Organic Farming in one way or another.
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I love to learn! I love to learn about people and places and I think that traveling and sharing experiences with others along the way is a great medium for that. I am a recent college graduate and spent the last year traveling around southern Mexico where I learned the true meaning of generosity, friendship, and great food! I have a positive attitude, am an extremely hard-worker and a team player. I love to be active and outdoors enjoying all of the beauty and fun that nature has to offer. I speak fluent Spanish and love to use it whenever I can. I strive to live a healthy, drama-free life and try to surround myself with loving, good people. Being aware of where our food comes from and what's in it is something that has become increasingly important to me, and I hope to use my WWOOF experience to broaden that knowledge and learn from farmers and fellow WWOOFers.
