What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
My experience in organic farming is from gardening berries, oranges, apples, tomatoes, roses in my own backyard. I also worked at the Student Environmental Center at my university.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I'm a journalist originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but have been based in Brazil for two years. I'm transitioning from a full time job with a publication to being a freelancer and want to take advantage of the time off to do something I've always wanted to do - work on an organic farm. I'm passionate about travel, languages, fitness and sustainability. I'm eager to learn anything and everything about organic farming. I speak fluent Portuguese and good (but rusty) Spanish.
