What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I am very new to organic agriculture and sustainable development. I have begun with involvement in community gardens in my city and growing some organic plants in my home. I want to be more involved, learn and grow in this develpoment as i find it essential to our planet's future.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
Hello! First, I should mention that I speak English and Spanish, love to work hard and be outside and just want to do all I can to make a positive change in the world and the people I encounter daily. As for my why; I have always had a passion for food, now I understand the necessity of real food and the lack of its presence in the culture I live in and what that means to our future. In the recent past, I have learned the real truths about the health of our food, the way it is processed and how it is grown. This devastating truth grew a hunger for the knowledge and information that is available regarding the real health of the food that is grown; let alone the involvement with government, western medicine and pharmaceutical industries which led the corrupted cycle and the culture it created. With a bit of furry behind my research and findings, I came to the quick conclusion that change must be done and I must be part of that change. I have been involved in the restaurant industry for several years, in management, planning and working events and most recently began to learn pastry. Wholesome baking has always been a passion of mine, using raw ingredients to bake a wholesome and healthful treat. This passion led me to several confectionary studios and kitchens, becoming a chocolatier and artisan baker. With this new revelation that I contribute to everything that is wrong with food today. A contribution to the very thing that will soon ruin what the very food I love so much, the beauty that the earth blesses us with. I know that I can no longer fathom the idea of this contribution and want to be a part of the solution, to give back to the earth rather than kill it. I am dropping it all to give to what gives us life, to connect communities to local farms and be a part of a sustainable system that as it was meant to be
