I just saw your post to the farm in Pto, Escondido and would like to introduce to you our farm in the Valley of Oaxaca, Divertigranja, Etla. We, too, are learning about organic farming and have the space and time to do so. I noticed that you are planning on spending a year in Oaxaca so would like to invite you to consider spending a portion of this time with us, whenever you feel like peeling yourself from the coast.
