What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I do not have physical experience with organic farming. I have some knowledge of organic agriculture and sustainable development from college and my personal studies. I have also spent the past four years working and volunteering with a nonprofit organization perfoming physical tasks to monitor the health of the desert ecosystem and to help restore it.
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am on a bicycle tour through Central America, and would love to spend time in different places and on different farms along the way. I think that it would be a great opportunity to learn about the place and to interact with the knowledgable people who interact with its land. I hope to learn from other WWOOFers, as well, and of the valuable experiences that they have had. I have spent much time working and living on the land, and want to further enhance that relationship.

Hello Emily and Scott. We saw you blog, is nice to see your journey. We've been enyoing this spring season, nice weather not to hot not to cold, nice people around, nice events, lot's of happy birds singing, beautiful nocturnal sky views and day views to! just now getting the spring season veggie garden started and planting some flowers. Sure could use the help rigth now, monday sounds good for us. Hola Emi/Scott...Como va todo? Les mando abrazos. Aqui, los demas de la comunidad estan sobreviviendo los remolinos de unos dias de vientos ferozes como si fueron viviendo la primera escena del Mago de Oz, mientras que todo esta tranquilo arriba. El taller del grupo de estudiantes fue super maravillosa y salieron felizisisisimos el dia siguiente/ Kauac y yo hicimos buen mancuerno...Tuvimos 29 personas en casa preparando un desayuno comunal!!!! Limpiaron detaillosamente despues... Con un vestuario y mascara de Chicomecoatl actue la historia del maiz, hicimos una ceremonia de fogata (quemando cosas que ya no queremos cargar) y subimos la montaña...Hay mucho para compartir. Abrazos carinosos a Vds. y Con afecto.a la familia de Tomas y Gumercindo.
