What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I have done some wolfing in Australia and Japan. I have been working with organic product over the last 15 years now, and I am supporting everything concerning sustainability.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am looking forward to discovering Mexico, but even more enthusiast by meeting people thinking and acting in the same direction I am trusting in! My life is dedicated to improve the situation on our planet. I am happy to know more about how to be better at that, with concrete tools. I am happy to see how things work in Mexico. I am happy to meet happy people, proud of what they are doing. I am happy to discover what grows there, how it's prepared (of cours, I am a cook! so I am very interested with knowing more about cooking!). In a word: I am happy to come to Mexico!
