What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I currently work in the sales department for an organic fruit company, which imports several commodities from various countries. I graduated with a B.S. in Agribusiness, and during school I worked on a horse ranch, as well as for growers out at Farmers' Markets. I am very familiar with both horse/ large animal care and organic farming, and I am always looking to learn more about both fields.
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?
Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am looking for a challenge, to make an impact, and to learn new things. My passion is in agriculture, and has been from a very young age. I wish to step outside of my comfort zone, meet new people, and really use the skills and knowledge I have learned thusfar to make an impact on others. I always have a "helping others" way about me, and I feel I could really contribute to a farm, while also learning more about the in's and out's of organic farming.
