What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Skills & Experience I have had a variety of experiences with gardens and animals that is summarized below. I am eager to learn more! Vegetable, fruit and flower gardens (Vermont, Colorado, Lichtenstein): soil prep, planting seed, bulbs and bushes, weeding, harvesting and putting garden to bed for winter Vineyard work (New Zealand, Australia): picking grapes, packaging bottles – hand-sealing cork and pasting labels on bottle, selling wine by providing tastings and recommending varietals Horse experience (Vermont): exercising, feeding, grooming/bathing, mucking stalls, tack maintenance Other barnyard duties (Vermont, New Zealand): taken care of cows and chickens Other Household Skills: house-keeping including cleaning, changing sheets/towels, prep cook, cooking and dish-washing, childcare, pet care, and office work

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I grew-up in Vermont where agriculture is a part of life. After traveling to different parts of the world, I came back to make Vermont my home once again. I plan to build a modest home and practice sustainable agriculture and organic farming, however, I have a lot to learn first! I am open to most any opportunity to learn more about these two things. I am hardworking, respectful, positive, happy, an early riser, social and adaptive.
