I'm from the U.S. - originally from Maine, but I've been living in New York City for the past six years, since I graduated from college. I have a background in the performing arts, and was pursuing a career in acting until recently. Over the past few years, I've become really interested in environmental issues, sustainability, and animal welfare - so I've decided to change course. I'd love to make a positive impact on the world.
I'm looking to WWOOF at a farm in Mexico in January of 2014 in order to learn more about organic farming and sustainable development, and to provide as much help as I can to a good cause. I'm also very excited to get to know a new culture, work hard, and challenge myself.
