What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
While I have some experience working on organic farms in Western Massachusetts, where I went to college, I know there is so much more that I can learn about farming and agriculture in general, from this experience of WWOOF'ing. The majority of my work on farms has been planting crops for the spring and summer harvests (e.g. squash, potatoes, etc), and some maintenance on fences and work with livestock (namely pigs and cows). I am a fast learner and hope to obtain a wealth of knowledge and experiences on your farm! You'll never see me in a sour mood and I'll always be one of the first people to volunteer to do extra work around the farm (chores, etc).

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
Traveling to, working, and living in Costa Rica has been a dream of mine for several years now. While I was in college at the University of Massachusetts in western Massachusetts, I became exposed to the local food movement and my passion for growing my own food(s) and supporting local agriculture grew exponentially. I am an extremely hard worker, I love working on farms, getting dirty, and working all day doing hard manual labor. Nothing makes me happier than being outside and working with the earth (farming, construction, etc). I am a very warm and open person and am eager to come to Latin America to live, laugh, and love life on a farm with you and my co-workers. I have a never say never attitude and will always take on every task given to me with a smile and genuine happiness!
