My name is Michaela Arnold. I'm 18 and I just graduated high school. I've been homeschooled since 2nd grade. Since I was 12, I've dreamed of being a chef and plan to one day open a restaurant. My growing passion these last few years has been health. Recently, I've gone vegan and try to stick to a mostly raw diet. I'm hoping through this experience to learn as much as I can about agriculture and health and to meet new people with the same mindset. I feel a "farm to table" mentality will be important for my future. I also have an extreme wanderlust that I am hoping to begin to fulfill through WWOOFing as a way to travel cheaply as a young adult while contributing to the awareness and spread of organic healthy eating.
