What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I have 5 years experience working in horticulture in the Pacific Northwest doing all sorts of propagation. I have worked the last 11 years in New England: 7 growing seasons managing the annual and perennial gardens on an organic farm/educational homestead, and 5 years managing perennial display/education gardens at an herbal retreat center. I've also done a permaculture designer's course and worked on projects in South Africa, India and Hawaii.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I have a deep reverance for Nature, and am especially passionate about plants, and soil. I study soil science and bio-remediation. I love to travel and learn about new species, their bioregions and their caretakers. I am an herbalist and am always seeking to learn new plants and how they are used medicinally by locals. I am also very happy to share my knowledge and help people learn to make and use plant medicines. Collaborating and cooperating with others is of great value to me as well. I appreciate the opportunity to work and live with other folks from diverse backgrounds so that we can learn from eachother and get some good work done!
