What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
In May I completed an 8-month WWOOF/Apprenticeship on a 135 acre biodynamic farm, where I focused on soil fertility (composting, amendments, biodynamic preps, etc.), irrigation (for 19 acres of pasture and 69 acres of diversified fruit orchard), vermicomposting, and compost tea. I have some tractor experience, and have worked with laying hens, cattle, sheep, goats, ducks, and horses. In addition to some personal vegetable gardening, I have worked in a joint educational/agricultural setting, have baked and sold bread in farmers markets, and have five years' experience preparing and serving fresh food.

I'm a happy, healthy 24 year old recent Public Health graduate, who is really into food, the outdoors, music, and culture. I love food on every level; from the living soil, to the market, to the plate, to the people - and want to learn more.
