What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I use to grow myself an organic garden each year, when I'm staying in France...I started it at 8 years old it's a small garden with cherry tomatoes, lemon tree, Capuicine flower, oignion, garlic, zuccini, rhubarbe and potatoes. I already did some Woof in France, Canada and USA, milking goat and processing to the cheese making and taking care of the land\garden\animals... Pus My Dad is a Salt Farmer in the West Coast of France; at the place name "Guerande" and they make a fine organic cooking salt: "Fleur de Sel"...in real saltfield made in the 9th siecle. I use to help him since I'm 9years old... and 3 years ago I did my own harvest. So...I like, practise and I'ld love to learn more about it!

My name is Simon; I'm a friendly french guy, I'm travelling by backpacking in America (North\Central\South) I love travelling in general; I went in Morocco, Reunion Island (fr), Europe, Canada and USA. I started this trip in January 12 2010 when I arrived in Montreal, Canada. I'm now in San Francisco, USA. I'm an Archery Teacher and love to practice or teach anytime I can! I mostly like outdoorsy activities like hiking mountains, bicycling... , but I love cooking, going to a museum or art stuff, watch a good movie.
