Have woofing-experience on Hawaii - two different farms, nursery fruit-tree production and Jeppe grew up on an organic farm.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
Hi! :) We are a couple, both in our late twenties, who are seeking cultural exchange combined with travel adventures. As we first read about WWOOF-ing and all it stands for, we quickly saw it as a great way to do just that. Especially considering our interests in people, organic-farming, animals and sustainable living. Both of us finished our education, Elisa has a bachelor-degree in social education and lately worked with mentally- and physical disabled, young people. Jeppe is a nursery-gardener, and has experience in working with the production of fruit-trees. We hope to be able to use our skills at your place and learn much more about organic-farming. As persons we are open-minded, hard-working and like to be surrounded by other people, whether it is in a work-relation or more chill setting. Lots of our acquaintances are living what most people would call a normal life with work, house and even kids. Surely this can be great, but we seem to have an urge to explore all the corners and possibilities our world has to offer. We wish to be inspired by different cultures and ways to live and learn, work hard, laugh and maybe even get an idea of how we want to establish our own future. So, we took a chance by quitting our jobs and apartment, packing our things away, thighten our backpacks to travel from our country of birth to new beginnings. We do not know for how long we will be exploring other cultures, but for us that does not really matter. What matters is, that we quickly agreed on central-america as one of our destinations, because we believe that this part of our world offers so many things. The nature, people, language etc. are just some of the things we are interested in. Our journey began on the 28th of April and we are currently on a farm in Hawaii.
