What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?: Right now I am mostly growing garlic and planted about 250 pounds in the fall. I will also grow some seed crops for a small local seed company. In the past I managed a 15 member CSA and a 30 member "human powered" CSA -Community Supported Agriculture with a farming partner. I've always worked small scale and have farmed about 1 1/2 acres of vegetables at the most. I have also been the Garden Manager at the Boise Urban Garden School where I took care of an acre of land and managed several volunteers.

What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?: Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better, Other

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I love farming and learning new ways to do things.

The bus terminal is near the airport so allow time for customs and 20 minutes to the bus. You will be gardening vegetables primarily and there will be another gardener/volunteer here too.
