What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I have served the past year as a FoodCorps service member in Flint, MI. FoodCorps is a national nonprofit dedicated to connecting kids in schools to healthy foods through gardening. During this time I had participated extensively in organic agricultural training and also completed my certification as a Master Gardener through Michigan State University. I am a licensed Emergency Medical Technician and have a bachelors in Spanish and international studies and a Master's in Social Science. During my university education, I participated in a study abroad semester in Heredia, Costa Rica.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am a positive individual and enthusiastic to learn new things! I do have some hip problems that occasionally catch up with me but being from the Midwest, my work ethic is second to none.
