FARM IN OAXACA, MEXICO

"Osa Mariposa" is a small complex on the coast of Oaxaca in south Mexico. We grow on 3 properties consisting of about 1500 sq meters. Currently we have bananas, mangoes, passionfruit, pineapples, coconuts, noni, chico zapote, papaya, chiles, limes, oranges, basil, lemongrass, mint, onions, rosemary, epazote, moringa, etc...

We need help maintaining what we have and we also want to begin to convert our roof space into garden space. We have 2 buildings waiting to sustain plants on top. Everything we do is organic and we manage our own compost and material recycling. We hope to begin planting more vegetables as soon as we have some extra hands.

Osa Mariposa also rents cabins and we have a small vegetarian restaurant. Workers are welcome to join us for our family meals 3 times a day and stay in one of our cabins. All of our food is vegetarian. The cabins are rustic, made of wood, comfortable with light and fan. All bathrooms are shared.
