I am a television producer in my 'main life' and find that my media skills are of great use to small business owners of farms or eco-tourism ventures. I have a particular curiosity for Mexican regional cuisine so that when I visit and wwoof with a host, I will be eager to learn new things while sharing what I know, with others.
