What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Apart from growing our own vegetables and fruit trees, me and my partner are finishing our wood and stone home in the South of France with recovered and/or all natural building materials. We try as much as possible to take care of our ways of consuming, living and building so as to damage the land as little as possible : we are currently transitioning towards solar power, rainwater collection, as well as phytopurification. We use dry toilets, and we buy our food from local producers and farmers. As far as our experience with Wwoofing is concerned, we have worked on two farms in Canada, doing carpentry (fixing a green house, building a staircase, etc.) and gardening.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
We are Anaïs and Josh, a French couple travelling in Europe and North and Central America with our 5 month-old baby girl, Luna, for 4 months. We are teachers, musicians and circus acrobats. Josh was a carpenter for over 10 years before becoming a film maker and photographer, and has worked on several sheep ranches that produce milk and meat. Building, stone, woodwork and landscaping are still very much part of our everyday life.
