What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I'm a certified high school Biology Teacher as well as a Holistic Nutritionist. I'm looking forward to gaining hands on experience in all forms of organic farming and sustainable development, especially earth building. I hope to integrate my skills to teach kids how to eat well, and I aspire to help schools set up their own gardens, run by the students themselves, with output used for school lunches and the communities. I was a Division I, NCAA soccer player in university, have 4 years experience teaching ESL in a university in S. Korea and am also an Ayurvedic therapist. I'm really looking forward to this experience. Please contact me if you think there is a use for me on your farm or in your community! (ps, I am learning Spanish, too!)
