Hello Elisa and Victor,
We are actually closing our volunteer program until we have more staff members here in Tashirat, as we simply do not have enough people for someone to be the coordinator of this project. This is a decision that we just recently had to make. We are however considering accepting a few very recent applicants, yourself included, as your interest is so strong, and we feel that your level of maturity and independance would also fit our program well (and we already have quite a few volunteers coming over the next two months). if your are interested in applying for our program, please visit our website www.tashiat.com and fill out the required applicaition forms and email them to us soon. From your letter, we feel that you would make a good fit into our program but need all of the above before we can officially begin our revirewal process. We also wanted to mention that we are not gorwing organic produce at present but are very intrested in doing so. We are currently overhauling our greenhouse and planning home gardens in an attempt at becoming fully self sufficient but we are as yet still in the beginning stages of this major project ( we have over 30 children to feed!)
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
Warmest regards,
Kira

Hi Elise and victor
We have a smal eco hotel www.casablatha.com and a property in a small mayan village www.ecopueblitomaya.com. We are developing organic orchards on both places. The hotel is located in holbox a small island in the caribbean very much preserved and where we want guest to discover the beauty of harvesting their own food. In the small village we are helping them adopting organic practices and creating a small comunity supported agriculture scheme. Let me know if you are interested?
I work in an agriculture businessyou can take a look at the site as well www.guayabe.com
