Hi Fallon!

i love seeing your photos!  Our family are cyclists, some of them long-distance!  It´s a great sport.  We would love to meet you and work together.  i hope your trip to Oaxaca is going well, and that you can be with us during...March?

Best regards, kippy

Yes, this sounds good. That farm sounds awesome, especially because I want to work near the coast, but unfortuantely they have not gotten back to me. If you hear anything, I'd love to meet you there. Keep in touch!

Hello Fallon,

March looks good.  The land where we have the garden is loaned to us, and camping there is not possible, sorry.  Come to La Casa del Pan, Andador Real de Guadalupe #55, and we´ll give you a room there in the volunteer dorm at the back, with hot shower.  San Cristobal is up the mountain from Tuxtla Gutierrez, the capital of Chiapas.  It´s a steep climb.  Get information online about the best route.  The quietest traffic-wise is the old highway, very beautiful, many curves, but longer mile-wise.  It could take several hours, but i don´t know for sure.  The new highway is straight, has lots of traffic, and can be dangerous.  Let me know your dates, so we can be expecting you!  We may be away in March, but have not defined plans yet. Even if we´re away, you can still come and work, but i´d rather meet you when you arrive and introduce you to the staff, so i hope we can coordinate that.  Enjoy your trip!  Kippy

Hi

I am still figuring out the farm situation, there are 3 farms I can go to, one in Mlinalco, one in Guadalajara and one in Chuhuahua. Right now I am in Merida ending a visit to a friend. What farms have you found yourself on. Any suggestions, I think you can maybe help me.

Hi Fallon,

We will be away from Feb. 24-March 10, so please try to coordinate with us and come after March 10 if you can.

Have a good trip, kippy

Hi Fallon,
Around March 15 would be fine. When you get to San Cristobal, look for La Casa del Pan on the Andador Real de Guadalupe #55, and ask for me. Write me before you arrive, if you can.
Have a good trip, and be safe,
kippy
