What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: i have a profound respect for the Mayan knowledge of sustainable agriculture, cooking, child-raising, and weaving, and apply these to my own life and work. I have six grandchildren and live with my husband of 42 years.

Hola Wwoofers!

It has been wonderful to know you all! We have received valuable help from you over the years in Rancho Esquipulas on land loaned to us for 12 years. Sadly, there is no longer enough water to maintain the project in the dry season, and my husband and i have decided to move the garden to our own land, where space is limited, and the garden is much smaller. For this reason, we can no longer receive volunteers.

May your travels be blessed with many wondrous things!

we are truly sorry but there is another change in our travelplans. Actually we wanted to go to mexico city but we read that it is not allowed any more for foreign cars to drive into the city. Just on weekends and we couldn´t and didnt want to wait that long. So we decided to skip mexiko city and save another week of traveltime. So again I wanted to ask if we could come one week earlier so about the 22nd of november.
I am really sorry about all that chaos with our plans and I can understand if you are kind of annoyed. So just write us which would be the best for you, we hope we see you soon.

No tenemos propria experiencia con la tierra pero queremos aprender y ayudar.
Que tipo de trabajo nos proponen?
Vamos a quedarnos dos o tres semanas en Yucatan del fin de diciembre al principio de enero para visitar a amigos mayas en el pueblo de Ek Balam. Alla, vamos a ayudarlos con sus ecocabanas y quisas al campo tambien.
Despues, podemos llegar en San Cristobal cerca del 10 de enero durante dos o tres semanas.
Que piensan de eso?
Si nos pueden dar mas informaciones sobre el alojamiento que ofrecen.

Nos pueden dar mas informaciones sobre las actividades y alojamiento. lo que debemos hacer juntos antes enero, es decir saber si ya es cierto que nos va a esperar.
