What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
Gardening and composting for 12 years. I currently maintain a sizeable garden and have just started planting small fruits and trees for an orchard. I compost 2-3tons of vegetable waste into 5-6 cubic yards of compost a season. Familiar w/ sustainable living and building, and alternative energy concepts and practices. Capable carpentery skills.

I am good with my hands and like to keep busy. I am anxious to experience the diverse cultures of Latin America. I love to cook and summers I work as the Vegan/Vegetarian chef @ Double H Hole in the Woods.
