What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
I am currently getting a degree in Sustainable Studies and Community Planning, with a minor in Peace Studies. I have volunteered with a few organic farms, as well worked extensively with non-profits that promote sustainable food access. I am very interested in permaculture, and the importance of access to healthy and organic food, throughout all communities. In Albuquerque, there are many urban farms and gardens popping up, and I hope to take this inspiration into other communities; while learning the ways of living in harmony with our Mother Earth.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I love all things nature, and am grateful for all the earth provides every single day! I love working with the land to restore positive earth rhythms, and find there is no better way than with food. I love the desert city where I grew up, but have a passion for the mountains and ocean as well. All I can see in my future is living a sustainable and off-the-grid lifestyle, in order to be a good steward of this land that makes all life possible!
