Hello,
I am an American female, traveling around Mexico. I am currently just outside Puerto Vallarta and will be moving on Saturday, Jan. 10. Can you tell me about your farm and if you could use a Wwoofer?
Please tell me about accomodations, hours/days for working and what your particular requirements might be. I cannot find a description in this new web format and your farm was not included in my original material printed off the web.
Thank you!
Linda Fisher

Greeetings.

We are WWOOF hosts in Canada and hope to travel to Mexico for the first time this January/February. We are a couple traveling with our two children ages 2 and 6 and wonder if it would be appropriate to come WWOOF at your farm?
We are not looking for a long stay, just a chance to connect with organic farmers and ecology-minded people while we are there.

Looking forward to hearing from you,

Kyenne Brussell

Tengo experiencia con wwoof y estoy estudiando agricultura rural. Mi amiga nunca ha viajado a fuera de Canada y quiero ella a experimenta un muy bien tiempo. Gracias!

Hello,

My name is Jen Plowden. I just read a little about your farm and I'm wondering if you'll be needing help during the upcoming summer months, between May 30 and Aug 5. If so could you tell me a little more info about the day to day activities that would be excellent. I'm 22 and will be graduating from the University of Maine in May, going to graduate school in September. I'm looking for an opportunity to practice my limited Spanish and learn more. I have grown up on a farm, mostly animal (horse, cow, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, dogs) and small vegetable and have worked at a larger scale conventional and organic farm in Maine. I have extensive horse experience and low impact forestry skills.

I'm looking for a way to work in exchange for a place to stay and food to eat. Having exposure to local culture and the spanish language is key. I also want to learn more about the crops grown in that part of the world, such as fruit trees/bananas and cacao.

If I seem like someone you would benefit from having on the farm, please let me know!

I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for your time.

Jen

Hi Paloma, Are you interested in volunteer workers at any other time of the year besides January/February?

Hey Paloma, how goes it? Thought I'd say hello as I would be very keen to do some wwoofing at your farm if possible. I am going to be in mexico for a couple of months and and would be available for the time frame you have suggested. I haven't wwoofed before, although am an environmentally aware person and spent the majority of my work life camping, trekking etc, and am hoping to learn a bit through wwoofing with the plan to get my own place up and running in the future. I was planning on heading to Yelapa for at least a month, as I paraglide as well, and like the idea of a smaller village and no cars etc. I speak some spanish, although is a little rusty since it's been a few years, but am hoping to improve on that a lot while there.
Anyway, drop us a line if there's potential for me to do a bit of work there.
Cheers
Adam

Hi,

My boyfriend and I are interested in travelling to Mexico and working on an organic farm for a couple of weeks this summer. We are both hardworking, both have degrees in natural resource conservation, and are very interested in organic farming! Our dates are flexible during June and the first half of July - do you have space, and are you at all interested in having us come work for a bit? Looking forward to hearing from you!

Deb
