I am at the end of a west coast bicycle trip, and would like to spend more time in Mexico 's rich tierra. I have worked in gardens my whole life, as well as on an organic cheese farm in Vermont. I am a leatherworker by trade, and have spent the last five years of my life cooking in San Francisco. I speak basic Spanish, and am always learning more. I am available to work anytime January 1 to January 20th. Thank you, Ty
