What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?: Learning about sustainable living and agriculture

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: I am studying nutrition and public health in Denmark at the moment. I need to go on an internship during february and march next year and I would like to use the oportunity to learn more about sustainability, permaculture and organic agriculture. I also love cooking, baking and playing around in the kitchen by mixing all kinds of ingredients. I am mexican and have been living in denmark for the past 6 years and I grow or try to grow my own vegetables in my garden. I have basically learned by trial and error and reading a little bit here and there, but I would like to learn it "in situ" and with people that know what they are doing.

Are you interested in spending February and March on one farm. We prefer when people can stay atleast 3 weeks or longer. These are our vegetable growing months.
