Hola:

Hi there!

I will be in Mexico City in as little as two weeks, and would love to travel to volunteer with you for 6 to 8 weeks if that is convenient.

I have recently joined WWOOF Mexico and look forward to being able to support the work of organic farms such as yourselves.
I have little experience beyond my own small vegetable patch at home but I am very willing and keen to learn and certainly not afraid of hard work!
At the moment I am trying to pick up some Spanish and hope to improve it during my stay.
I would really appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as you can so that I can confirm dates in the next week or so,

thank you ,

Sophie

Hi, I'm interested in volunteering on your farm for a few weeks in March. I don't have much experience with organic agriculture, although I worked for sustainable development in West Africa for two years. I'm very interested in learning about your farm and improving my Spanish. Please let me know if there is a place for me. Thanks. - Ross Mazer, rossmazer@yahoo.com

Hola ,

Hello... I hope this is the right place to contact you!!
My name is Rose and I am taking a year off from school to do some traveling. My friend Max and I joined WWOOF Mexico about a month ago and are very eager to get out there are learn as much as we can about organic farming. We are both hard workers and very outgoing with only a little bit of spanish behind our belts (another reason we chose WWOOF Mexico). Do you need WWOOFers at this time? We were planning on coming down to Mexico in mid march, but we have not found a farm yet to work with and are waiting until we know of somewhere before we find our way down there. Let me know if/when you need people... this sounds like a great experience!

Hi, my friend and I are traveling through central and south america from the US with no real time obligations and we are looking for farms on our way down to stay with. We would most likely only stay a couple of weeks at a time, but as I said we aren't tied down on time so if you need us longer and/or we get along we'd love to stick around! What questions do you have for us and what should we know?

I look forward to hearing back from you soon.

Hola Wally and Amaranth,

I'm Thomas, 27, from Germany, travelling with my girlfriend, Helene, 28, from France and we are at the moment in Patzcuraro.

We read about your place what looks interesting to us. We both worked for about one month on a self-sustaining permaculture farm in Ecuator.

We will be in one or 2 weeks close to your place. We are able to stay a couple of weeks for working in your place.

Hola,

I would like to volunteer for 4 weeks this summer. Ideally, I would like to begin work on 8/10 but have flexibility. Last summer I spent 3 months in Mexico living with a host family and spoke Spanish pretty well when I left. I love Mexico and want to improve my Spanish. I like working outdoors.

I've spent 15 weeks (5 in 2006 and 10 in 2007) working for the Northwest Youth Corps in Oregon, USA doing reforestation, conservation and recreation projects. This was a residential jobs training program. I lived as part of a team in back country primitive campsites, living in tents, cooking communal meals and sharing the daily responsibilities of camp life.

My goal in working on your farm is to get hands on experience in sustainable, organic farming. I would enjoy working with a committed team, living in a beautiful place and becoming more fluent in Spanish.

I look forward to your reply! Thank you for your consideration.

Hello Wally and Amaranta

I'm not exactly sure where to email you directly.

Our work experience are taking care of animals, building a greenhouse (parts of it with adobe) and other construction work, composting and mulching. we lived in a community where everybody had his daily duties (like checking water tank and filters, milking the goat, watering the plants, cleaning... ). We even tried to make our own cheese, but it was still in learning-experience process.

we got very interested with the concept of sustainable development / permacultur and we really would love to learn more about it and agriculture.

Do you have a place for to hard working wwoofers? We could be in your place by the beginning of next week.
If you do have any other questions, please email us.

thanks, Helene and Thomas

Greetings,

I am hoping to travel to Mexico to work on a farm in September or October. I am looking for a longer-term (1-2 months) commitment so that I can be truly involved and a productive asset to the farm. I am a responsible, hard-working person with some experience with organic vegetable gardening. I am passionate about sustainable agriculture. I also speak some Spanish. Please let me know if you think I may be a good fit for your farm.

Que les vaya bien,

Laura

Hi Wally and Amaranth,
My girlfriend and I are currently teaching in Nicaragua, and would love to come farm with you when we´re done, around mid-April. Do you know if you will have space for the two of us for three weeks? We´re really interested in learning the ways of organic farming, and are particularly attracted to how you view your farm and its experience. We look forward to hearing from you!
Thanks so much,
Noah and Marian

Hola Wally and Amaranth,
Tengo interes en trabajar en tu granja en julio. I love gardening, and I would like to learn more. I also love dogs. I will be spending April through June at a Spanish school in Guatemala, so I should be quite proficient in Spanish by July. I would be available to work for a few weeks any time in July, let me know if that's a time you could use my help!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Julie

Hi Wally my friend and I heard from you a little while back that you might have some space for wwoof volunteers and we were wondering if there was still a slot for us to fill a few weeks from now. Which farm is yours? Do you have a page for it? Where is it? Thanks so much and look forward to hearing from you.

Hola!!
I´m interested in working on your farm for a month from the first or second week in april. i feel that i could bring alot to the project as i´ve studied Horticulture and just finished my degree at home in Ireland. I´ve worked in the industry for the last 6 or 7 years, the last 3 of which have been self employed. Most of the work i do at home is in Landscape Construction (design and build) and involves alot of masonary work as well as working with timber and some plumbing (of water features etc.) I come from a farming backround and i´m used to working with animals.
I have a good understanding of organic practices from my studies and I am kean to put them into action and ofcourse learn more. I´m in Guatemala at the moment and will be in Mexico within the week. i´m prepared to make my way to the project as soon as there is space availble for me.

thanks in advance and I hope to here from you soon,

Peter..
