What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
i have eaten organic agriculture and it is delicious and nutritious!! i have studied sustainable development in classrooms, but am interested in obtaining some hands-on experience in the field and applying some of that knowledge. i have recently worked on a farm in yepachic, in the sierra madres of chihuahua, mexico
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?
Learning about sustainable living and agriculture, Getting to know Mexico better, Other
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
i studied landscape architecture and environmental design at the university of massachusetts, and worked in the field of landscape construction for 5 years. i have spent the last few years as camp superintendent at a YMCA camp in hawaii. i am no stranger to hard work, but prefer that my efforts go toward sustenance rather than aestheics.

Yepachi--the bus will drop you off in town and we will be through on the 5th to go to the ranch,  The other WWOOFs will arrive on the 4th and overnight in town at Lucy's hotel or another spot.

The buses are early from Chihuahaua 4:30 and 6:30 but you get there early!

Shestin--Bob is leaving Chihuahuha at noon and will be in Yepachi around 5ish--today so look for him--either at Lucy's or at Carlos' store

Shestin--no problem--you can walk in--it is 15 miles but there is good camping along the way.  You might get lucky and catch a ride part way too.
