What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?: My previous experience with Organic Ag. and Sustainable Development might be more than most as I have helped design, and physically recreate a garden in a PDC I attended in 2012, for an after school youth program called Project Hope in Spokane WA. I have a love and need for Organically grown food, I resonate with sustainable, if not restorative Ag. practices, and have a genuine interest in learning more about and practicing sustainable development.

What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?: When I was 12, I moved out to my mom's in the countryside of Central Washington State. We(my mom, step dad,3 brothers, our uncle the convict, and I) had a drafty 3 room cabin, a heat stove, cookstove, chainsaw, sled, an 80 year old ringwell with a rope and bucket, and no electricity! This experience was the beginning of the pathway that has led me to where I am now. And where am I? I'm at a point in the journey when I need to travel and continue with the practice of working with Earth and learning more about permaculture and techniques that are sustainable. I am also a 2012 PDC Graduate from one of the inland-northwest's finest permaculturalists, Michael "Skeeter Pilarski. Furthermore, I know how to work a shovel, and I actually enjoy it. I'm also experienced in starting seeds, transplanting, treeplanting, swale siting and carving, and I have basic construction and residential renovation/remodel skills. I've realized that this latter field of work is detrimental to the Earth system, and I'm looking forward to learning more about some of the Old Ways of shelter construction. I'm really looking forward to sharing what I know, learning more, and helping others who care about the Earth, create their dreams.
