Looking for place to volunteer near Guadalajara

Hello! 

My name is Dima, I'm 26 years old guy from Israel and currently I'm traveling on motorcycle to South America. 

I'm about to finish in few weeks my first wwoofing experience in Baja California Sur and it's fantastic, so I decided that I want to volunteer on few more farms on my way south. 

My arrival and departure date is very flexible. I have previous experience working on organic farm near Columbus, OH and in kibbutz on the south of Israel. In general I'm learning very fast, so I can get very fast into any kind of work and I'm looking to learn more about permaculture.
