Excellent, this sounds great. Will there be other wwoofers at this time?? I am looking to start in the first week of January. How many wwoofers do you typically have?

Thanks for your interest in our farm.  Though we have a huge variety of exotic fruits, we do not grow on a commercial scale.  It is my husband's passion to collect different fruit trees that will grow in our climate.  We visited your website and you have a very nice vision for your business.  We wish you the best and hope to meet you one day.  You are welcome to visit our farm if you are ever in the San Blas area of Nayarit.

Mangoes are our only commercial crop.  We have a buyer who buys everything we have for a champagne market and the residual we dehydrate.  Are you interested in dehydrated mangoes for next year?

I am inquiring about the possibility of your farm hosting me from February 13-March 3. I know it's not quite a month, but I am under some time constraints.

I am a math teacher from the U.S. looking to WWOOF in Mexico to better learn about organic farming and cooking, sustainable practices, and Mexican culture.

I have experience gardening, cooking, baking, canning, and doing some light building. I also have a degree in Finance so I could help with any administrative tasks the farm might require as well.

I love to work outdoors and work with nature. I am resourceful and hard-working.

I am excited to volunteer on your farm. I would be happy to help out anywhere you needed me.

   Me llamo Rachel (Raquel).  Soy de Estados Unidos.  Estoy viajando en México con mi novio Javier.  Javier es de México City.  Estoy interesada en trabajar en su granja.  Me gusta mucho los ideales de su granja.  No tengo mucho experiencia en trabajando en granjas, pero tengo un interés fuerte en ecología y la sostenibilidad.  En los Estados Unidos trabajo con los niños en las actividades al aire libre.  Los enseño sobre ciencas naturales y los ayudo explorar el mundo natural.  He WOOFed antes en Australia y en Nueva Zealandia.  Me encantaría ayudar con los animales y con la agricultura.  Soy un trabajadora dura!´ Hablo un poco español, pero todavía tengo dificultad.  Quiero practicar mi español en su granja. Problemente, llevaré solo, pero quizás mi novio se unirán a mí para uno o dos dias.  No sé exactamente cuando quiero llegar pero estará algún día en temprano a mediados de enero. Estoy interasado en trabajar en su granja para dos or tres semanas.  Tiene espacio para mi? hemos leido la descripción de su granja y estamos muy interesados en visitarla y trabajar con Ustedes.
Somos dos humanos abiertos, espontaneos, bonachones, activos y deportivos. Vivimos consciente, amamos estar en la naturaleza y tenemos ganas de practicar alternativas. Tenemos 19 (Leo) y 30 (Sascha) años y estamos de Alemaña. Leo está vegetariana pero no expecta ni complicada cucina vegetariana - solamente quiere omitir el carne.
Vamos a viajar por México desde el inicio de febrero hasta junio de esta año y queremos conocer lo mas posible del pais, la gente y la cultura. Tambien queremos mejorar nuestro espoañol y aprender mucho más por ejemplo sobre la agricultura sostenible.
Ya tenemos algunas experiencias desde el trabajo en granjas en Alemaña, Estonia, Grecia y Australia.
Pues, si tienen interes y necesitan ayuda podrían ser nuestra primera granja en Mexico.

   My name is Rachel.  I am very interested in your farm and I would love to help! I am 28 years old, originally from New Jersey. For the past four years I have been working in the field of outdoor education in California.  We take kids into various national parks around California and teach them about natural science and help them experience their natural environment.  Right now I am rock climbing in a place outside of Monterrey called El Portrero Chico.  I can arrive ASAP and stay through the month of February (I have a flight out of Mexico City on Feb 28).  I have WWOOFed before in Australia and New Zealand but still feel inexperienced in the practices of permaculture. Somos de Canada y llegaremos en México en tres semanas para pasar los meses de marzo, abril y mayo. Nos encantaría tener la oportunidad de hacer wwoofing con usted durante nuestra estancia. Su projecto parece muy diverso con el mercado, la panaderia y la granja! Somos una pareja de 29 et 33 anos. Hablamos bien español y hemos hecho wwoofing en el pasado. Your description sounds exactly what I am looking for. I'm flying into Mexico City on the 17th of Feb and am looking to do a bit of WWOOF-ing.

In terms of experience I have picked apples and olives in australia and back in england I have worked in quite a few bakeries, mainly baking cakes. I can't think of anything more relevant and exciting then working in your garden/bakery and picking up some techniques along the way!

Realistically I'd say I'll be free from the end of feb, but if you have any vacancies earlier/later I'm sure I could work something out. I've got a food blog if you'd like to have a look: www.tuck-box.blogspot.com
