Hi Samuel,  We will be needing help in October all the way through the Cabo winter and spring.  My needs are both outside with the animals and inside the with domestic work as well as the cheese kitchen.  October marks the beginning of the "season" when all the good  people return to Los Cabos seeking a warm place to winter.  We are crazy busy and have plans to grow our herd to meet winter demand.  If you and your girlfriend like the idea of working on a goat dairy rancho in paradise, let's talk a little more.  The hours require should provide time for you both to enjoy and study Baja Sur.  The time of year you are considering is about Los Cabo's best.  Hope to hear from you again real soon.

Hi Sam,  I need to ask you a few questions:  Are you willing and comfortable working closely with our goats through and including milking?  Do you consider yourself  self manageable? Are you prepared to be in the middle of now where, an hour from town on a dirt road?  If you answer yes to all three questions then any time from October on we should have and will make room for you and your gal.  Check our our Whitt's End Rancho facebook page to see pictures of the ranch and the surrounding area.  There is also a link to goggle map to the ranch from San Jose Del Cabo's airport.  If I haven't frightened you off,  then plan to bring your camping gear just so you have a place of your own.  I will need plenty of help as October is the gearing up time for the coming busy season which runs from November through May.  We will be happy to provide you with a place to pitch your tent, food for you to prepare and plenty of life and work experience on the rancho.  Have you considered how you will travel?  If you fly or take a bus, I will pick you up from San Jose Del Cabo.  If you plan to drive all the way here in your own vehicle, it will take a week, but the upshot is you'll have wheels for your time off.

Hi Sam,

We are looking forward to you and your gals arrival.  If you could arrange to arrive Saturday October 13 that would be great.  We can pick you up from the airport and bring you in.  Let me know if this date works for you.  We will be rolling busy and will need all the hands that can help.  How long can you stay?

Saludos,

Lisa

HI Sam, that sounds great.  The weather will be cooling down and I'm sure you and your girlfriend will find a fun place in San Jose or Cabo San Lucas to spend her birthday.  Will you have a laptop or cell phone with WIFI?  I don't remember if I told you but there are no phones or cell reception here, only internet, which has limited bandwidth.

Hey Sam, No hey problema.  San Jose del Cabo is the best location for you to bus into.  We are in town on Saturdays but will be happy to come in to fetch you what ever day you arrive.  The bus schedules I understand are not published on line from TJ but may leave every 2 hours or so for San Jose and it is a 27 hour trip down.  One of our current WWOOFers took the bus and said the Mexican buses are nicer than those in the US.  Stay in touch and we look forward to seeing you in October.

Hi Sam. Sorry to hear Noemie won't be accompanying you.  I have rechecked my master wwoof schedule and I need you here on October 20th.  Before this date there will be too many wwoofer for me to feed.  Can you adjust your departure/arrival date accordingly.  We have room throughout December.  So I will put down through December 15th unless you need to leave earlier.  Let me know because I am booking other wwoofer now for that time.  See you soon. Hey Sam.  I hope all is well for you and we are sorry you are unable to make it here to Whitt's End.  Thank you for taking the time and for having the consideration to let me know.  I will attempt to find others now to replace you.

All the best,

Lisa
