What is your previous experience with Organic Agriculture and Sustainable Development?
December 18th. I then hope to WWOOF my way back thru Central America and Mexico before returning to my home in the US to start college in Fall of 2018. My experience is the following: I have been working on an Organic blueberry farm in all stages of growing, harvesting and selling in the local farmers market for 2 years while in high school. I have also been a member of the North Carolina Youth Conservation Program whose focus is to develop the Mountain to Sea Trail as well as protect the waterways that serve our local areas. This summer I am working on a corn farm that is used to make bourbon. I think that I would like to study Botany and perhaps conservation biology and am trying to find opportunities to help me make that decision.
What are your reasons for joining WWOOF Mexico?
Learning about sustainable living and agriculture
What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
