Hello Alex. Thanks for the response to my WOOF listing. I would be very interested to talk with you as your interests and skills would be very helpful at this time.I am seeking a longer term committment of several months if possible. I am assisting a neighbour who is just starting to build a home using rammed earth and natural stone plus some adobe. I plan to build with adobe in the next year. I also was a vegetarian chef for some years before moving to Chapala and now continue the lifestyle and plan to offer specialty organic foods to the local market during the next year. If you are still in the USA I can reach you by Skype phone if you give me your nimber. Look forward to speak with you.

Thanks Alex for your latest email with reference and pictures. There is a delay in getting the projects started in the new year and we may not go ahead for a couple of months. I will keep you informed as to a possible start date but for now I can not provide you with a WWOOF position until construction dates are firm. Best regards, Kenn Quinn.
