What do you want the farms and fellow WWOOFers to know about you?
I am a first generation Korean-American on a mission to broaden my perspective through hands-on experiences in different cultures and environments. 1. Earth Care 2. People Care 3. Fair share. 3 core permaculture tenets that are part of my philosophy as I seek to engage with like-minded people on this planet that are making valuable impact on truly sustainable development. I am excited to learn about different sustainable projects and to experience the beauty and bounty that natural farming and applied ecology can produce. I am on a life quest to try all the fruit in the world. Interests: gastronomy, beekeeping, fermentation/pickling, brewing, adding value to raw ingredients.
