Description of the farm.
The dimension of the ranch is about 40 hectares, we grow up there sugar Cain, white corn, beans, eggplants, cucumbers, watermelons, pumpkins and other herbs to cook. We try to do our bio-fertilizers, compost, and all the organic ways to keep health our cultivation. We have sort of projects there who provides experience an knowledge to the wwofers. We offer basic courses of cultivate bamboo for construction, we also have our own restaurant, there people learn how to cook their own vegetables. we have our own chicken that produce organic eggs, there is another project we have on hands that involves worms to make humus that fertilize the plants, people there really live the experience of how to live in a sustainable way forgetting about gasoline cars, and start to ride horses and bicycles, they learn how to cultivate their own food and how to keep and eye on goats that tomorrow we are gona share in a dish.
The work for the wwoofers is to weeding the crops, plant seeds, sweep leaves, harvesting vegetables, feed the animals ( cows, chickens, horses, goats etc..)
We offer a shared room with one more mate per bed room, clean toilets, sheets and blankets. We also offer 3 meals, the menu its changing almost everyday depending on what we do in the restaurant. We give eggs in sort ways of cooking, people love the eggs in the restaurant, enchiladas ( Mexican food, fried tortilla filled with cheese or meat and sauce) Mexican rice, fried beans, pozole ( Mexican food) pizza, many different recepies of pastas, diferent varieties of mushrooms, lasagne of eggplant, spinach and couple more meals.
